The Brando is a unique luxury eco-resort on French Polynesia’s private atoll of Tetiaroa which opened on July 1st, 2014. It sits on one of a dozen private islands circling a spectacular three-mile wide lagoon.
With access to the atoll by private plane, the all-inclusive resort features 35 secluded villas with private pools on white-sand beaches frequented by sea turtles and exotic birds.
The resort reflects Polynesian culture and offers two restaurants showcasing Polynesian-inspired dishes as well as East/West fusion and classic French cuisine, a luxurious spa overlooking a lily pond, a lush garden and orchard where fruits and vegetables for the restaurants are grown, opportunities for exploration on the islands surrounding the lagoon, a lagoon view bar, beach bar, pool, tennis court, library, boutiques and an environmental research station with guest programs. Sailing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking and other water sports and beach activities are offered. Guests can explore the island on bicycle, stroll its beaches, sail or paddle board to a neighboring island, or snorkel or dive with tropical fish.
